? On October 18, the Promotion Office of the Career Development Program for International Students, Ehime University (Ryu-Pro), held a presentation session on internship experiences, attended by 107 participants from the university, local industries and companies.
? Currently, there are 73 international students participating in Ryu-Pro in order to learn business Japanese language, manners and culture to prepare themselves for employment in Japan after graduation.

In this briefing session, 26 international students who participated in summer internships at companies in Ehime made oral or poster presentations, explaining what they learned through actual workplace experiences. A representative from one of the companies reported that working with interns from foreign countries has a positive influence on other workers within the company in terms of the improvement of human resource management and development skills
? A panel discussion also took place on how to make internship more successful, encouraging an active exchange of opinions.
