Graduate Credited Auditors and Auditing Students
We accept students who are interested in taking graduate classes at our university.
Credited Auditors can earn credits for the courses they have studied.
Auditing students cannot earn credits.

Application Guidelines
qualifications of candidacy
Those who wish to take classes in the Master’s Course (Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Medicine, Master’s Course in Nursing, Graduate School of Agriculture, Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Master’s Course, Graduate School of Integrated Medical and Agricultural School of Public Health and Interfaculty Graduate School of Regional Resilience)
- University graduates (including those who are expected to graduate by the time of admission)
- Persons who have been conferred a bachelor’s degree in accordance with the School Education Law.
- Those who have completed 16 years of school education in a foreign country.
- Other students who have reached 22 years of age and who are recognized by the university as having academic ability equivalent or superior to 1 to 3.
For those who wish to take classes at the Graduate School of Medicine, Department of Medicine
- Graduates (including those who are expected to graduate by the time of admission) of university courses in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, or veterinary medicine with a duration of 6 years.
- Persons who have completed 18 years of school education in a foreign country and whose final course of study was medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or veterinary science.
- Other students who are recognized by the university as having academic ability equivalent or superior to 1 or 2, and have reached the age of 24.
Those who wish to en roll in the Doctoral Course in Nursing at the Graduate School of Medicine, the Doctoral Course at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, and the Doctoral Course at the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science.
- Persons with a master’s or professional degree
- Persons who have been conferred a master’s degree or a degree equivalent to a professional degree in a foreign country.
- Other students who are recognized by the university as having academic ability equivalent or superior to 1 or 2, and have reached the age of 24.
Application Documents Acceptance Period
First semester: Early March each year
Second semester: Early September each year
*Applicants who meet the above eligibility criteria 4 for the master’s program, and who meet the eligibility requirements 3 for the doctoral program of the Graduate School of Medicine, the Doctoral Program in Nursing, the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, and the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences. Applicants will be screened for admission qualifications at our university, so please contact the team in charge of each graduate school before submitting your application documents.

selection process
Selection will be made by the faculty committee of the graduate school to which the applicant has applied, based on the documents submitted at the time of application.
