Information on exam accommodations provided by Ehime University Co-op (off-campus link)
You can preview the test from 10:00 a.m. on the day before the test date. There is no time limit for previewing, but please arrive before sunset as there is no lighting. Please note that you are not allowed to enter the building. No cars or motorcycles are allowed on the test center premises on the day before the test.
Private cars and motorcycles are not allowed on the test campus on the day before or on the day of the test. Please do not park illegally or park in the streets, store parking lots, or vacant lots in the vicinity of the university. Also, please refrain from picking up and dropping off students by private cars, as it causes traffic congestion on the roads around the university and many complaints are received from the neighbors every year, which causes a great deal of inconvenience.
As a university library open to the community, the library is available to non-university users for browsing, copying, and borrowing materials for purposes such as academic research and lifelong learning, as long as it does not interfere with their education and research at the university.
Please use public transportation as there is no parking available at the Central Library and the Agriculture Branch Library.
Parking is available in the Medical Sub-Parking Center, but parking fees will apply if you use a car.
Cannot be used. Watches must have timekeeping functions only. Wearable devices may not be used or worn. Before entering the examination room, please deactivate the alarm setting on your cell phone or other electronic devices, turn them off, and put them away in a bag or the like.

Students may take the examination even if they are late for the start time of the examination, as long as they are within the time limit for entering the room.

Please note that it takes approximately one week to send the approval letter.
