We are pleased to announce that Mr. Keiji Hamada, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mozambique, will deliver a special lecture at Ehime University. Ambassador Hamada has been a diplomat for about 40 years since 1985, and has extensive experience in the field of development cooperation, particularly in Southern Africa and South America (Brazil). We cordially invite you to attend this special lecture.
