Issuance of student ID card
Your student ID card is an important piece of identification that proves that you are a student of Ehime University. You are required to carry it with you at all times, as it is necessary for issuing various certificates, taking examinations, using the library and the Media Center, etc., and purchasing student discounts and commuter passes.
Notes on Student ID
It may not be loaned or transferred to others.
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes in the information.
In case of loss or damage, please contact the office immediately for reissue.
If you leave the university before the expiration date due to graduation, withdrawal, expulsion, etc., please be sure to return the certificate.

Renewal of Student ID Card Period
Students who have had their graduation/completion postponed due to a leave of absence or retention must follow the procedures for renewal of their student ID card as follows (Renewal must be done every academic year.)
Reception period | Friday, March 14, 2025 *Although we will accept renewals of student ID cards after the deadline, they will be reissued on or after Friday, April 18, 2025. |

Application by mail | If you wish to apply by mail, please enclose the following, write “Application for Renewal of Student ID Card enclosed” in red on the front of the envelope, and send it to the following address.
