(3) When the President intends to make a decision on any of the following matters, he/she shall go through a meeting consisting of the President and the Directors (referred to as the “Board of Directors” in item (v)). (i) Opinions on the Mid-term Objectives (in accordance with the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (3) of the Law Concerning the Promotion of Science and Technology of National University Corporations)
(i) Opinions on the Mid-term Objectives (which means opinions that national university corporations, etc. state to the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (3); the same shall apply hereinafter) The same shall apply hereinafter) (ii) Matters that must be approved or approved by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology pursuant to this Act (excluding approval under Article 13-2 paragraph (1) and Article 17 paragraph (7)):
